I'm pulling the menu from my dropbox; the menu gets proper configuration but my app crashes when I try to open the custom url (the menu item). Any suggestion? I've made the same thing with pdf documents downloaded from url and they worked. Thank you Danny!It helped me. I think it's the same issue, even if my menu comes from the "menu with image" plugin.

I tested the same json structure using BT_screen_htmlDoc and pdfDoc instead of the BT_screen_customURL and they 're working fine. So there has to be something in the customurl which I don't get.

Hi, Never worked this way so I don't have a definitive answer. You could try to create whatever you want to achieve within the Control panel and then have a look at the json. Next use that json in your external file and see if it works (or not). Hope this helps. Best Regards, Danny

Hi @Kahuna, If the app is crashing, there should be some debug data in the Console at the time of the crash that will help you/us figure out the problem. Can you post anything of interest you see there? Mark
