I took your advice and uploaded my app icon again and it solved the problem. The original app icon I uploaded was 512x512. When I uploaded it again I uploaded a 114x114 file and it worked. I'm not sure if the images size is what fixed it or if just uploading it again would have done it. Just wanted to add my two cents incase anyone else has this problems and reads this post. Thanks.
