How do your customers send their Push Notifications?

I am using parse.com for PN's to my app. I was just wondering how do others here get their clients to send text messages? Do you set up an account on parse.com in their name and let them use that (a bit geeky for most end users?). Or, do you create a custom form for them to use from another website, linking with the REST api? Or something else? I am keen to hear what your customers use to send messages to the apps developed for them!
