Plugins Missing From Project?

Ok, so first off, I've done this many times without issues. I have had a break flying and haven't had much of any time to play around with BT, but i have just started a new project and the app runs and says missing plugin. The plugin is there and theres no reason i can think of why its not working. Currently the project has a splash screen, and menu with image screen. Any help appreciated. Cheers

Hello, Is this an already published app? If so, did you add a new plugin via the Control Panel, but not recompile with it included in the project package? Any other details you can give us? Thanks! Mark

Xcode. No plugins are missing but the first screens are splash screen and then menu with image.

When you opened the project in Xcode, did you make sure all folders, including the BT_Plugins folder, were part of the Xcode project? There are a few, including that one, that you have to manually drag into the project. That's often the issue.

Yeah I dragged them all in just like all the other times. I cannot work out what's wrong.

Well, that's indeed weird. If you've dragged in the BT_Plugins folder, it should be all good. That's what's usually the problem. I'd try downloading the package again and reloading into Xcode. Could be that it got corrupted somehow. If that still fails to work, I'd be more than happy to try and load it into my Xcode to see if I can rero the problem. You can send the zipped package to mrkfleming at gmail dot com. Thanks! Mark

Sounds good. If it's the splash screen that's missing, don't forget to configure it in the Layout section of the control panel.

When you copy over the plugin folder, make sure "copy assets if needed" is checked (I forget the exact wording, but it's something like that on the confirmation pop up). It used to be checked by default, but in one of the past Xcode updates, it got changed to unchecked by default.

What do the logs in the console say? That should tell exactly what happened. Also check your json

@Jlentriken With the last xCode update, when you drag folders into the project, the "options for adding files" pop-up screen has changed the default setting to "create folder references." This needs to be changed to "create groups."
