Error: Data for this screen has not yet been downloaded. Please check your internet connection

"data for this screen has not yet been downloaded. Please check your internet connection" I am getting this when trying to view a Word or Excel document in the Xcode iPhone simulator. Has anyone found the solution to this?

Hi @perrylee, Welcome to buzztouch! Are you linking to the Word or Excel document via a URL? If so, are you able to access it via a browser? If you are linking to it via just a filename, then make sure the file is in your BT_Docs folder, and that the file is also part of your Xcode project. Also make sure that all the folders you downloaded from buzztouch are in your Xcode project. If all that's good, is there anything in the debug console that could give us a hint? Paste in the output that you see when you try to request the document. Mark
