Are you talking about a specific plugin or all plugins? Once you installed a new plugin (if you're on buzztouch it's automatically installed after you bought it) you have to redownload the sourcecode for your app and compile again in Xcode (assuming you're on iOS). If you don't do this Xcode/your app doesn't have the neccessary files included and the plugin will not work. Hope this helps.
