With this plug-in, twitter can append your location to the Tweet if you have Location Services turned on. There are a couple of things you can set in the CP that will be a part of every tweet (unless the user deletes them on the tweetsheet while they compose) An image that will be attached to the Tweet (think: app icon = free advertising!) and you can set some initial text of the Tweet. I have a hunch the Twitter framework has been updated for ios6 and might have some new features. I see FB has a 'sheet' like Twitter now- But this code was writen to use the ios 5 Twitter framework and I've yet to look at some updates.
