Duplicating a v1.5 app in my Control Panel

I'm learning how to develop apps for the Android store, and I'm starting by converting my iOS apps over to Android. I've got the SDK working fine, but because I built the app for iOS, it has a few features that aren't working properly and will need to be modified for Android. I would like to keep my iOS apps the same, which will mean not fiddling around with them. I would like to have two copies of the app on my control panel, if this is possible. I have been looking around the forums for this kind of thing, but I'm not looking to completely duplicate the app. I want to make very few adjustments to each one, and I don't mind updating two copies if I need to update the content.

No Annendale, your recreating a new v2.0 app for Android correct? You can make an IOS and Android if you choose. Maybe I'm not following correctly?
