Lots of problems on Android with BT 1.5

Hey guys! I have an old but updated iOS app running great on BT 1.5 with almost 100 screens. Now I am working in the Android version and I am having heaps of problems: - Have a Quiz that is not working - Have 3 Flickr image galleries that don't work - Have 2 Menu - List with icons with "-" on its name that doesn't load - A RSS Feed that doesn't work I've been searching and almost all the problems still dont have a solution itself. There are a few fixes like Html Quiz or Flickr gallery through wordpress but I don't want to touch the app as it is working fine in iOS. Am I missing any good fix? I was thinking in taking the short path and get rid off those screens on Android (couple of them I did it because Steve Jobs didnt want to approve my app ;) ). How is the best way of doing this? I dont mind to disconnect the Android version from BT. Is there any way to clone my app so I can have a different iOS and Android version without having to make the other 90ish screens?

Hi have alook at the json snippet keeper plugin in the plugin section. It could save you lots of time to recreate an app. Best Regards, Danny

Thanks for the tip Danny! This looks handy but I will try not to recreate the app.

Lots of screens types in v1.5 never supported Android. Quiz, Images, etc. These unsupported screens will load in Android but will show you a message about "look at the .java file" so you can see where the screen was unimplemented. You could download the plugins for the 2.0 apps and change-em-up a bit to get the functionality in your v1.5 app. They are mostly the same with slight differences. It's a matter of getting the .java activity, the associated layout.xml file and other assets in your 1.5 project (for each screen type you're trying to implement).

Thanks for your reply David and for the amazing service that you guys provide with BT. Your solution seems good but I am not a coder so I will probably get stucked in the middle of the modifications and it will take me for ages to fix them. Can I just download the project, delete all the non working screens from Eclipse, edit the config.txt and disconnect the app from BT server? Is there any easy way to do that? I wont update the app anymore from BT and if I do it I will just recreate it on BT 2.0 or do all this mess again.
