iPhone5 distorting splash page and main bg image

how can I add an iPhone5 splash page so that it won't distort my current splash page to fit the iPhone5's extra screen height? On my menu page, the background's also distorted to fit the height, and that's ok, but the buttons (images) are at the top of the screen and there's too much space below (they fit just right on other iDevices), anything I can do there?

No, it is showing the correct image, just distorting it. I guess I'll have to use the Xcode launch image instead of a splash screen.

My app was declined due to not working on iPhone 5. It worked fine in the simulator and on my phone. Could it be similar to this situation? I am pasting their comments below: Thanks.... We found that your app exhibited one or more bugs, when reviewed on an iPhone 5 running iOS 6.0.1, on both Wi-Fi and cellular networks, which is not in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines. Specifically, your app appears to be missing images, and the buttons on the flash cards do not respond to taps. Screenshots are attached for your reference. For discrete code-level questions, you may wish to consult with Apple Developer Technical Support. Please be sure to: - include the complete details of your rejection issues - prepare any symbolicated crash logs, screenshots, and steps to reproduce the issues for when the DTS engineer follows up. For information on how to symbolicate and read a crash log, please see Tech Note TN2151 Understanding and Analyzing iPhone OS Application Crash Reports. If you have difficulty reproducing this issue, please try testing the workflow as described in <https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/qa/qa1764/>Testing Workflow with Xcode's Archive feature". There isn't a difference between any iOS version for button taps and missing images. I would suspect the the config.txt data that you compiled in your app didn't match what was on your phone or in your control panel when you compiled and submitted. I would also bet that if the review person "refreshed" your app is would have worked as expected. Can't rely on them to use I internet or refresh -:) Just a hunch.

Thank you. I am new at this and not sure how to fix it so it works on their end. Do you have a suggestion? Do I dare ask for them to refresh? :) Thanks again.
