Hello community. I just wanted to share a browser based tool I have been working with. If you develop for android and don't have a device please check out http://www.manymo.com Totally free. You can upload your apk file and run it in different simulators within the browser. There is even a command line tool that you can use to replace the Eclipse emulator with. Note: You will still need to use the SDK tools for debugging your app. Eclipse is still the best choice for this. Use the browser based tool, to see how your final apk is viewed and working on different Android configurations. I did a search and did not see this posted. Hope this helps you guys out.

And, seems secure with respect to TOS and rights: "Users may upload a binary code version of an Android software applications to the Service in order to use its emulation functionality. The Service will automatically extract certain information from these application files to improve the functionality of the Service, such as the name of the application, its size, SDK version, and icon. You will retain ownership of your software applications and any information we extract from your files (the “User Data”). You hereby grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, communicate, perform, and display your User Data solely for the purpose of providing Service to you."

Really cool emulator, just came across this one after my eclipse emulator drove me completely crazy today!
