After updating the Android Library it goes on to refresh and rebuild every file in every project. I've got about 50 projects, it takes 30 minutes before I can even start using eclipse. Stackoverflow has got a bunch of 'possible' solutions from modifying advanced settings to making changes via the command line. Nothing I'm comfortable with doing in the seemingly fragile eclipse environment. Solution! So easy. Simply right click your project in the package explorer and select 'Close Project'. Do this with all your projects. Right click project to 'Open Project' as needed. Next time eclipse opens it won't try to rebuild closed projects. Eclipse is now fully loaded in less than 3 minutes! I typically only have one project loaded at any given time, so it's not been an issue for me. But, part of the reason for that is I've hated how long it take for each project to load.
