I tried to publish to iPhone store, and it has No application records were found. error message

Everything is ok, I tested in an iphone, an iPad and it was working fine. But I tried to publish to apple store, it always had the error message "No application records were found." But I put the application info in the iTune Connect, and I compared "application name, the version number, and the bundle ID", they are the same. I just donot know why this strange message coming up.

OK. You have to change to 'ready to upload' Go to manage applications and change the status. Shout back when you see it.

I could not change to "Ready to upload". Actually, it does not let me change AT ALL.

Still doesn't work after I tried those methods. Maybe I have to switch to the previous version.

Search the forums...this was addressed at one point. What target iOS level do you have set?

Thanks for everyone's help, especially Mark. If I switch to previous version, which version will be the best? Any suggestion? Thanks again.
