magazine pages for android app

The problem is not being able to use PDF's natively. I have tried converting them to HTML but the conversions are not perfect so I have come to an impasse. Anyone got any ideas on how magazines in general run page after page of what look like PDF's on their android apps without having to use a PDF converter (such as Adobe)?

Actually I tried using that and could not get it working. But even if I could about 20% of my PDF's are borderline on Smug's recommendation but my main PDF is around 35MB and definitely won't work.

Just to add my magazine, or rather the clients magazine, is an A5 66 pager and nowhere near as big as regular magazines.

is there a particular reason you want to make it as an app? because you could just publish the pdf to the google playstore "newsstand". https://support.google.com/producer/answer/2723365?hl=en

Thanks Chris. Great idea. I never knew that option was available. It is great btw. And perfect as I can upload the current issue and sell back copies which fulfills two main objects. I spent most of the day on it yesterday and, of course, its not that simple but almost there.
