Builds?

If buzztouch uses refresh within the app, will you always just have build 1.0 in the appstore? You don't actually have the update in the store?

That's pretty much right. Eventually you might want to update the full app by adding new content to the binary, or adding a new plugin.

But if you add a plugin, doesn't just update with the refresh? By the way, I have my app set to auto-refresh without asking the user.

If the plugin wasn't part of your initial binary, then you'll have to resubmit. For example, if you submitted an app today, and someone comes out with an awesome plugin tomorrow that you want to add, you'll have to re-download your source (or download the plugin and add it to xcode) and re-submit.
