PDF Doc Plugin - Launch in Natiive app button not working

Hi, I have created an iPhone app that has a few PDF documents. I have enabled the "Show Launch in Native app button". The button shows on screen but is greyed out. The "email document link' works... Please help... Shalabh

@Shalabh Welcome to buzztouch. I think your best bet would be to use the PDF screen rather than open in native app. On iOS just add your pdf's to your BT_docs folder. On Android add them to Assets/BT_Docs And then in the control panel add the file name for the document including the file extension. Clean your project and rebuild. Hope this helps. Darrel

Hi Darrel, Thanks for your response. I am able to open the PDF in the PDF screen. What I was looking at is, an option to be able to open that PDF in eBook or iBook where it gives a more engaging user experience. One such feature is to be able to scroll through the pages right to left instead of routine up/down scroll. Shalabh

Hmm ... good point. Never thought of it that way. Makes sense for larger pdf's with lots of pages. Not sure if it's doable but would be interested to find out! I noticed it's not in the "Native App" launcher options.
