Calendar Plugin

Hello I have been trying to experiment with a calendar plugin. Apple developer forums said to use EventKit framework and the EventKitUI. I dont know how to create a plugin. I was wondering if any of you amazing developers could create a calendar plugin that could be controlled in the control panel. There would be a calendar and each date could be a button. When clicked it could bring the user to a screen or a info page. Any thoughts?

EventKit class is for sure where you want to study- I use calendars in apps and haven't bothered with the eventkit class because the google calendar does such a great job. the 'control panel' is exactly why - with google calendar you get a great free backend that is cross platform compatible already. A screen that makes calls to the google calendar API and populates a table with events might make sense, but a full on calendar plugin that works on both ios/android thru the BT Control panel would be some extensive work. Build and manitain viewcontrollers for each platform, create and connect to a database to store/retrieve events would all be necessary. There's just so much other great calenadar/scheduling technology out there you can use and optimize it for mobile viewing & throw it up on a webview in your app and you're done.

Just embed the Google calendar into a HTML page. Works good.
