can I change a menu tab in a live app?

So my question is this, I have a live IOS app on the market. I would like to change one of the menu tabs. I have a flicker account set up currently that currently has (image emailer, image gallery, and a custome URL)... I'd like to delete the image emailer and image gallery and change the custome URL to a instagram URL.... if I do this will it work or by deleting the image emailer and image gallery will it screw up my app? If you want to change the icons of the tabs, dont forget they have to be in your project or linked by a URL. Comments You can definitely do that yes.
