landscape views with xib files

I'm trying to customize the landscape view for my xib home screen menu. I've read online that I can just add another view to my xib file and have it landscape orientation. However whenever I try to connect it to "file owner" then my portrait view is disconnected. Should I have two separate xib files... one for portrait and one for landscape? Josh

I think you can have 1 xib with 2 "views", and have the willRotateOnDeviceOrientation (something like that, lol) switch between views. Or you can also just programatically reposition your assets in the same function (that's how I do it). Just depends on how many assets you have and how hard that would be to change. Also, make sure you use buzztouch's built in screen "redrawer" (I'll have to look up the name if you don't know what I'm talking about) or you'll drive yourself crazy.
