Eclipse Errors with BT Plugins

I'm using the 3.7.2 version of Eclipse on my mac. I imported the source code from my self hosted control panel into Eclipse. I'm getting the red errors on all the plugins in the src folder and the BT_act_controller.java and all the activity files as well. Can't find anything in the forums about this. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks, Bruce

Hi Bruce, I've seen that before, and I eventually just downloaded the source again and tried all over. That seemed to fix things up. Not sure what caused the original problem, because all files were there! I had even tried a Project...Clean, and Fix Android Project, but none of that worked. Mark

That worked Mark. I'm headed into Android...Ahhhhhhh! Maybe it'll go better with self-hosting. Thank you, b

Hey Bruce, Unfortunately, you get the exact same code in self-hosted as you do with buzztouch.com, which means the same issues! It generally lies with Android as to the root of the problem. It'll eventually get better though! Good luck! Mark

I'm just getting things to work now. But there's so much extra work that needs to be done. The global options like, background color of rows, the back button isn't showing up, etc... But I'm getting through most of it. b

For sure you shouldn't be seeing any red errors. This is usually an issue with the Android OS your compiling against. I sometimes have to open the project properties and make sure the Google 2.2 API's are selected. Eclipse is crazy this way. When you select the Google 2.2 API's and "apply" all the little red warnings "x's" should go away. Drives us all crazy.

That works every time!!! (So far.) "I sometimes have to open the project properties and make sure the Google 2.2 API's are selected. Eclipse is crazy this way. When you select the Google 2.2 API's and "apply" all the little red warnings "x's" should go away. " Eclipse OSX: Project > Properties > Android > Project Build Target > (Google)... Apply , Save. Then I: Project > Clean. Then I am relieved. Be sure to delete the README and Instructions .txt and .PDF files, then Project > Clean.
