I have an app that definitely needs some refreshing and updating. If you could make some suggestions for me, I'm looking to update the "Schedule" page mainly. Right now I just use HTML so that I can update the pages and add and delete as the months go by. However I'd like to update it but still be able to update the info without submitting new code to itunes every month. Any suggestions of formats or plugins that would look better or work better? I was thinking maybe a calendar that resembles the iOS calendar, but with different colors. I'm open to any thoughts or suggestions, I just think it looks very basic and simplistic. It was neat when I first got it going just for the simple fact that I actually created an app, but now I'm looking to make it look like its worth paying $1 for. Thanks in advance!!

a public Google Calendar embedded in an iframe view would do the trick. Here's a link and some slides that show it: http://support.google.com/calendar/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=41207 I use it in lots of apps. Maybe add Socialize, Scringo or some other SDK that has some chat features and ways for fans to connect? The BTA Design menu would let you do a custom makeover or that Circle menu plugin would make it very stunning. Some videos might also be cool, I think there's a decent plug in for that @ here....(wink) Maybe a Stern Trivia quiz? Babbabooey soundboard? Love that tat factory app, I know folks who have had work done there. I'd love to get more but the wife hates them and will make me sleep on the couch. Yell if you ever visit the client, I'll meet you there and we can grab a brew at the Green Mill or Kinetic!

Atrain, could you share a link to one of your apps that use the google calendar? Would like to see that in action if possible.

Yeah, please, when I put it in the app it showed up much too small, even the agenda view. I might have to seek another route.

I'm just embedding the calendar using an iframe inside a mobile optimized html page. Basically you include an HTML doc in your project. The HTML doc uses mobile otimized CSS to control the size of the page. key: <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width; initial-scale=1.0"> Inside that html doc I have thew iframe link as they show here: http://www.foneframe.com/preview/calendar.html foneframe is AWESOME for creating great mobile html pages, highly reccomended, even some of the paid templates ;)
