A file was corrupt and the Apple rep had him delete it and reboot so it could reinstall. Incoukdnt find the file but thought Inwould just try go reboot. Those old PC habits die hard! Safari is terrible, a total memory pig. iPhones require a lot of rebooting too. for sure, no better and it's even worse with Eclipse on Mac!
