App in BT 2.0 will not run - No response on buttons or menus

Hi, Untill recently, I have made my apps with BT 1.5 - now I need to move on to BT 2.0. However, I have a strange problem: The app loads fine onto both my iphone simulator and my Iphone 4s connected to my mac. But when I press buttons or try to switch sceens with the tabs in the bottom, nothing happens. All stuck. I must be doing something wrong.. I have copied the files mentioned in the Instructions.pdf into Xcode. I use IOS 5.1.1. Any help is much appreciated! Kind regards, Kristian Nielsen, Copenhagen, Denmark

What you describe is what I see when I do not copy the files over as per the instructions.pdf. If you are happy you have that covered, the only other scenario with similar symptoms I know of, is when I add a new plug-in to my control panel, use it, but forget to download and rebuild again into xcode. Hi Kristian, Can you let us know what it says in the debug console when you tap the tab on the bottom? It should give us a hint as to what the issue might be. https://www.buzztouch.com/files/howtos/Problem_Reporting_and_Basic_Debug_v1.0.pdf Mark

I am running into a similar problem on a tabbed layout. However, when I use a non-tabbed layout, and simply try to load a screen as the home screen, there is a blank screen. The odd thing is that the I can change the color in the bar at the top. However, anything else is not showing up. It is as if nothing will work with 2.0 beyond indicating a layout type of tabbed, or non-tabbed. I did recently upgrade to Xcode 4.5.2. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
