can't find new android project in eclipse

I have a problem with finding "new android projet" in Eclipse. I have read all posts relating to the problem, and they do not help. I installed everything there is to install. Have also tried to change my Eclipse version without success.

LA, if you see Lesson 2: Android Operating System Basics you will understand what I mean. The "new android project" button is not in my eclipse version. And i did download my files from Buzztouch.

It's probably not even particularly important, but it's just nice to be able to follow the tutorials when your all new to it. :-)
