Icon image - updated in dashboard but not appearing on devices?

Hey, When I originally started my BT android app, I used a 'placeholder' image for the app icon. Now I have updated the app icon image, it appears ok in the app dashboard in my account, but when I run the app on an emulator or on my HTC phone I still get the old (placeholder) image. I've added the image into the res>drawable folder of eclipse (called 'icon.png'), and I've updated the bt_config file, but still no luck. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Any help on this would be appreciated! Thanks, Adam

if you didn't re-download the source code, you wont see the new icon. And if you added the new image to your compiler, you may need to delete and re-run the app.

Ah, hadn't tried re-downloading the source code (mainly because all the other updates seemed to flow automatically). I'll give it a try and if there are any issues I'll come back. Thanks for the help! Adam

I havent try to re-download the source code and not sure how to proceed with this. do I need to delete the existing and rerun(the new download)? Do I need to configure again the Google Map API and etc? Else, is there any other workaround beside redownload? Please help
