HTML5 page / linking photo to map directions

Hey, I've included an image on a HTML5 page in my (android) buzztouch project, I'm still learning my way through app development, what would I need to do so that when the user clicks on the image, they get google maps directions from their current location to a location I specify? I have a google maps page included already in my project, any help on achieving some integration would be appreciated! Thanks, Adam

Hey Adam, if you load up the address of the destination in Google Maps you'll be able to pull the URL you need from it. Click on the Link button (looks like a chain) and copy in the first one. If you add a URL link to your image to that URL you pulled from Google Maps it'll work for you.

Hey, Thanks for the reply. I thought of the 'Google URL' method, as I understand it though that will open the browser, I was hoping to find a solution that wouldn't rely on the user having access to the internet and keep everything 'native'. When I create a 'Google maps' page with buzztouch it gives me the option to give the user 'directions from their current location': all I need to know is whether I can trigger this from a HTML5 page? Thanks again! Adam
