The simulator comes with the xcode. In case if you want to download any other simulator like for ios 5.1, 5.0 or 4.3 then click on the xcode---preference---> and select the download tab. In that case you may need to download eclipes and the andriod SDK, If you need help next time you are around our place hanging with Loc i can help you.
