It is a plugin in which you can get an animated splash screen you just have to specify your files.Here is a video of the plugin.AS soon as you start the app there is a transparent splash screen with your animation. I have watched your video, would the plugin be for both iOS and Android? Not sure what I could suggest, but a plugin like this I guess would be extremely popular.
