Talking directly to Exchange from an iOS app? That's going to require some type of authentication. MS Exchange and Google Calendar sync well. It might just be easier to work with a Google Calendar that is synced with Exchange? IIRC you're a youngster - so you probably didn't suffer thru the years of trying to sync folks email and schedules with a laptop or early 'somewhat smart' phones. This has been a PITA from admins for years. Security, duplicate records, the Blackberry Desktop software - I've worked with it all...nothign ever worked 'perfect' Until the iphone. the fact the email and calendar sync so well with the iphone is IMO one of the major reasons the iphone took off. the ios calendar and mail apps are excellent pieces of software. really no need to replicate or not use them. has eliminated a ton of my admin headaches with folks email/cal accounts. I think more popular is the 'add to my calendar' option. This way you're just adding a single event to a users personal calendar. Exchange is no fun to work with, never has been.

Hi ATRAIN53, I have worked with Exchange before and syncing with people's computers as I love working with servers etc. Is there a way just to display a single calendar that is already syncing on the phone? I just need it to display a calendar and they can add the account to their phones. I could even just do it so it linked to a calendar not working with Exchange aswell. Ed
