XTIFY NOTIFICATIONS WORKING ON ANDROID GCM

Now that google is killing the c2dm service and started GCM it is a whole loe easier to implement xtify push notifications into your app. Took me about 10 minutes. Big difference. I Just followed the instructions on the site. I will put together a Tutorial if needed, but it's pretty simple if you follow the directions from the site. http://developer.xtify.com/display/sdk/Getting+Started+with+Google+Cloud+Messaging

Well done! Are you planning to implement xtify on iOS as well. I'd be interested to hear if it was as easy? I got parse push notifications working on both platforms but it was a lot more than a 10 minute process.

I think I got it. Put the code from step c in the manifest right after: <application android:name="sedonatravelguide_appDelegate" android:icon="@drawable/icon" android:label="@string/app_name" android:debuggable="false" android:theme="@android:style/Theme.NoTitleBar">
