Plugin not working on Buzztouch Server

I have just bought a new plugin and installed it on my server. When I create a new object of it and try to edit it, it comes up with the "Index of /sever/files/plugins/" and wont let me edit it. Anyone whats up with this?

This will happen from time to time, especially with the older plugins, like those that existed before the version 3.0 of BT. There are three ways to resolve it. 1) Refresh the plugin twice in a row, in the Admin panel. It usually does the trick. 2) Find the landingPage column in the plugins database of BT server. (To do that, you may have to go to the cPanel of the server, fire up phpMyAdmin, click on database name, then on plugins sub-database, and find the required column.) Put bt_screen.php into the landingPage colume for the plugin you have just purchased. All should be well from that moment onwards. 3) Ask the plugin developer to amend the plugin. Hope this is helpful!
