I'm that guy from the UK: haha!

Hi, My name is Thomas Boyd, and I live in the UK. Before I found Buzztouch, I was very keen on making websites, and I used all those skills recently to make my latest website for my app company 'Annandale Apps'. Although I was very into website making, I never coded my websites so I had no skill when it came to Xcode. I looked at the blank screens that would be filled with code, and I thought: HELL! I just hoped in the world that there would be a website which I could build the app from, and download the source files. When I found Buzztouch, I was so relieved. I joined about a year ago when it was still the Black Website, hence the reason why I still have many v1.5 apps in my control panel. I have set up the UK Meetup in Oxford for any members of any ability can join in. My second meeting will be on Wednesday (more info on the 'Let's Get Together' bit). I love contributing with other developers. I think building a community of fellow developers is really important. To be honest, i should be at the webinar right now, so I better wrap up. If anyone wants to contact me, feel free to message me on Buzztouch. I'm always welcome to get a get to know new friends. Thomas Boyd, Annandale Apps, [email protected] www.annandaleapps.tk

I really should, we really need to have a meet up on a weekend! I have so much work to do, since playing around with buzz touch I'm doing B2B apps all over the place. Hence why I'm still in the office now munching through code. Will you be on a google hangout?

Thanks very much for that. Of course, you Mark, are one of the seven wonders of Buzztouch! Pretty much all the time you are there for us. My latest app literally just came out 5 minutes ago. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/buzztouch-learning/id570258561?ls=1&mt=8

Very nice! I was considering doing some sort of buzztouch education app. It's in my long queue of app ideas that I just need to find some time to attack! I bet your app will be very useful in the UK. Mark

The BT Learning Path app really looks nice. It will help in keeping the track of all the webinars and meetups. Simple yet excellent idea. Hope the buzzcast soon starts working and looking forward for android version too.

Languagecentres.com, eh? I'm working on a language app myself (haven't even started yet though) so we may be able to pick each other's brains a bit. I'm a way from Oxford (Essex) otherwise I'd pop by to the meetup. Every time I look at what everyone else is up to, it gives me heart that I might actually be able to do this app that's kicking around as text files on my laptop. :D And as for Women of Buzztouch - I come into that category. Strigulino basically means an owl-woman. Owl-person-female-thing. :)

Well my first app, and more apps to come, is for Berlitz, so they gave me an email address. Hopefully I'll have my own website email soon. Check out the YouTube channel for Yesterday's Meetup. YouTube Cannel: BuzztouchOxford
