I enjoy participating in the buzztouch forums because it's a great way to meet like minded folks. I believe strongly that creating lasting relationships with like minded mobile enthusiasts and developers is far more valuable any software, secrets, code snippets or hacks that promise to "help me" make something great. Hi, My name is Thomas Boyd, and I live in the UK. Before I found Buzztouch, I was very keen on making websites, and I used all those skills recently to make my latest website for my app company 'Annandale Apps'. Although I was very into website making, I never coded my websites so I had no skill when it came to Xcode. I looked at the blank screens that would be filled with code, and I thought: HELL! I just hoped in the world that there would be a website which I could build the app from, and download the source files. When I found Buzztouch, I was so relieved. I joined about a year ago when it was still the Black Website, hence the reason why I still have many v1.5 apps in my control panel. I have set up the UK Meetup in Oxford for any members of any ability can join in. My second meeting will be on Wednesday (more info on the 'Let's Get Together' bit). I love contributing with other developers. I think building a community of fellow developers is really important. To be honest, i should be at the webinar right now, so I better wrap up. Hi, I'm Paddy, I drink beer, whiskey, wine, Pastis and almost anything else that is liquid (except water and gasoline). That's part of my culture, I live in France. I've got great ideas for apps but for some reason, I forget most of them the following morning..that's why I have to visit the BT forums so much. (When a great new app comes out, I often say to myself, "I thought of that before", or I think I did). Business major, so no coding background whatsoever. I’m buzzed to have found Buzztouch! All very new to me, so putting the time in to learn how it works and having fun too. Hi. I'm Alan. I live in Scotland and have a super tan due to all the nice weather! Ok lets be serious I'm more comparable to a pint of milk and enjoy a few pints of beer. I can't code but always had a dream of learning to some day. Back in April I decided to search for a way to build apps and discovered buzztouch. I thought i was way out of my depth trying to do this but stuck with it and with the superb help from this fantastic community I managed to build and release my first app. David's words are very true. Hi I'm Danny and live in The Netherlands. I own a media company, creating websites, advertising material, logo, corporate identity etc for 4 years now. Last year I discovered buzztouch and now I can't get away from it. Great community and great product. The opening of the plugin market was really fantastic! It opened for me a way to share what I've learned the last couple of months, resulting in 2 plugins (at this moment) in the market and more to come. Hello Everyone, I'm Sandeep and i come from the land of colors- !ncredible INDIA. I am an Advocate by profession and wanted to create some reference apps entirely for my use. I found buzztouch in february this year and soon found that this framework is amazing and the community great. I have created android apps using buzztouch which have seen huge downloads and i have plans to create apps for ios too. Now i am seriously thinking to quit my profession as an advocate and start devoting all my time creating new apps. I have met some new friends on this community and i totally agree with what David says. I am sure that we have an amazing community unmatched to any other app creating website community. Hello everyone. Should probably also introduce myself. My name is Marcus but called Mackimack. I am the Swedish guy here. I begun to use the buzz touch for about 2 years ago. I use bt every day, I have a brand called Sweapp.se (http.www.sweapp.se) Well some friends have gained here at BT. I have helped people with the code snippet and graphical icons. Bugs mm. When I'm not working on apps so I spend time with my partner and my 4 year old son. I also like to ride motorcycles in my spare time.

Hello My name Santy and I've found you three months ago. I live in a Spanish island called Ibiza in the Mediterranean Sea. I'm working in a Digital Signage company and I am in charge of creating APPs and controlling screens with advertising content. I'm Atrain a sports fanatic/network guy out in Chicago. Live and die for Notre Dame football and my hometown Northwestern Wildcats. I'm also a huge music fanatic/collector of all styles, recovered deadhead who spent too many years on the road when I should have been in school. My 5 year old, a sports game, concert or good beer easily distract me from managing the apps i'm writing and managing for small companies, etc... If any of you guys do happen to be travelling thru Chicago, look me up and i'll be happy to show you around. Maybe even a tour of the 1871 space where I'm hoping we can host the 1st BT convention! @Dervalo: Did you enter all the locations - uber cool! Thanks a ton for doing this, super fun to see us all over the darned place. I've been working on a script that will output lat / lon data, along with an avatar, screen name, and registered date for the gang. Naturally this will NOT include anything that's not visible on the forum. I can think of a bunch of fun ways to use this info...you demonstrated one. Hate to start a trend...but...I added a line :-)

awesome. great idea. that really makes me miss the 'App Usage Map' that used to be around. I get one from Flurry, but I liked the BT one better. Is that something you might show us how to add to self hosted someday? wait until those guys down under see this, that continent will be covered with map points.
