assets folder limit!?!?

I have around 200 html files & associated images to go into my BT_Docs folder in my Android project. However when testing in the AVD I get "the application quits unexpectedly" warning when opening an html file and the app closes. If I remove the majority of the html files then the pages load as expected. Are there any file limitations in this directory?

Doing some research it looks like 50mb is the max android market will allow in market. This also is restricting your app users because they would have to download the app via wifi only. Apple is sim at 20mb. I would recommend uploading all the files to a website server do you have one? If not use drop box and point the user to those docs with the PDF, word, HTML, ect plugs via URL that way you will reduce the app size. This is good because you can alway change your information on the fly instead of having to submit updates to the App Store when you have updates on those docs. Tony

Try expending your storage, that could be the problem. As for sizes market accepts single files from 50mb up to 4gb total max. Take a look here: http://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=113469 Apple I don't believe has a upload file limit however over 3G/LTE the max file size they let you download is 50mb.
