I think you could find some code online that would parse the feeds with the mentions of their selected teams. But that's just some advice. I tried with RSS feeds before but they only show what the original website wants to show (short description, title, thumbnail...) but when user clicks on link it takes him to the web...honestly, I haven't been able to figure it out from here on and gave up.
