There was a problem parsing the JSON result?" I also get this error when trying to upload a different icon (jpg): "The image you uploaded could not be saved. Please contact a system administrator." I found the original icon in my "/public_html/BT-server/files/applications/EA22FC76580A8DCD1E5BC9FE6/images" folder. It was a jpeg to begin with so.... Could this be permissions issue? i have made sure that the correct permissions were set, I think. I have perused the forum and seen many suggestions but nothing that is solving my issue. You could verify the permissions by uploading a different icon. If it uploads, your permissions are OK and there is something else happening on your backend that's not allowing .php to execute in this directory.
