I've been playing around with jotform www.jotformeu.com It makes nice looking forms with a button which you can attach your email address to but I'm having a hard time implementing it into one html document and using it in my app. I tried just copying all the css and js files into the <head> part but that displayed the entire source code in my app which was a huge mess...hope someone can help us out. Comments I'd like to find this out also. If you want to embed full source code into a custom html/text screen then select setup and embed on jotform then select source code and copy entire code. Next open custom html screen and click source. Delete anything in there and paste and save but if its just a simple contact form then just leave it hosted at jotform and use direct link. I have an app using a wufoo form on Google play which is called via custom url screen which is just the same as using conform direct link.
