Custom HTML just keeps clocking at the loadingscreen

Whenever i choose the custom html plugin for a screen, it let's me create the screen, but as soon as i try to edit the html screen it just sits at the loading screen, but never loads. The funny thing is that it worked before i updated the plugin today. So i re-downloaded the plugin 3 more times and installed it 3 seperate times, and made sure that the overwrite existing plugin was selected. Still the same problem. Don't know what that could actually be. http://mymediaapps.com/christconnect/gallery3/var/resizes/loading.PNG?m=1350337953

Not sure what's going on but could you try deleting the plugin completely and then installing again? Just a thought...

just tried that, and still nothing. I erased the plugin from my server. then re-downloaded it. At first it said that it couldn't read the plugin package. Once i downloaded it again it uploaded but the same effect. just clocking away. I even tried to re-zipp the plugin myself and upload it, but nothing works. I don't know what else to do. Thanks for the suggestion though, i didn't think about that.

Have your tried another web browser, clearing the browser caches at least? Also if you have a look on the server is the actual .php that serves that screen complete? Does it look like it's all there eg does it end with </html>

This is what my custom html plugin directory looks like on my self hosted panel. Make sure you have the same files and approximately the same file sizes https://www.evernote.com/shard/s2/sh/bcb6412a-9470-4ec6-8858-29299aaec0b0/984eb138a9ee3ad75af29d9e284c325c Hope this helps!

a couple of files are missing kb's i redownloaded the plugin and this is the error i get http://mymediaapps.com/christconnect/gallery3/var/resizes/ht03.PNG?m=1350364048 I think the package may be corrupted. I need the old plugin to test if that's the case. or i need someone to re-zip it for me from a good set. Thanks for all the help though. Tired, im going to bed. Tommorow is another day.

Hey, great! You got it sorted out :) It can be 'very' frustrating trying to find where the problem is. Cheers
