Have a look at www.yourdomain.com/your-bt-server-install/bt_v15/bt_app/bt_screens.php line 35 looks like this: if($viewStyle == "") $viewStyle = "gridView"; change this to: if($viewStyle == "") $viewStyle = "listView"; And this is it!!!.
