Changing Plugins to 6.0--where is screen size set?

I am working on updating a plugin and I want to make sure it will fit the entire screen in 6.0. An app I recently made on the buzztouch website (not self-hosted) seemed to adjust automatically to the new size. Sweet! But another self-hosted app I am using for testing does not automatically adjust. Does anyone know how to fix the code? Thank you!

I would download the app for both BT hosted and Self hosted and look at them side by side. (Make sure you print the line numbers too) There's gotta be some differences in there that will jump out.....

http://www.kaleidoscopeapp.com/ Saves tons of time comparing files (even photos) and no need to print. It's 39 bucks though. I think there is a 30 days free trial. In two secs, it will highlight differences between files.

I didn't try the Diffuse product, but I recently downloaded Kaleidoscope for the free trial. I needed to compare two huge index.php files for a plugin I am working on. It was really slick. I will have to try Diffuse before I buy. Thanks!
