Audio Player Plugin, Anyone?

Has anyone considered creating an audio player plugin like we use to have in v1.5. Maybe the ability to choose between storing locally or stream via url. Anthony

Are you self hosted or BT.com? There is an android only plug in for selfhosted. If you're self hosted, let me know and I'll dig it up real quick

I've been searching for a way to stream audio for iOS too. Here is the forum post where you can download the android plug in if you're interested. https://www.buzztouch.com/forum/thread.php?tid=3DFA506ECB9EABE4C5B8CC6&sortColumn=FT.id&sortUpDown=DESC&currentPage=1 According to the forum posts on (above thread), there is talk about making it ready for iOS but that was awhile ago so I have no idea where this stands

Have you tried adding background audio to a custom html/text page? Or would you need something with more functionality?

I would definitely need some more functionality like audio controls, elapsed time and such. Ideally I would pay for a plugin that has FF,REW, elapsed time , PLAY and this is maybe asking for too much a pitch button.

I have tried looking for something too this week, I found the background audio feature has controls, they are accessed from the button that is on the bottom status bar - this option isn't bad. Another option is to google for html players in google and integrate code in html, which is workable, with or without javascript. There is a good post here that may help http://www.buzztouch.com/forum/thread.php?tid=0536CC4FE47C67438BBE768
