Here is the link: http://translate.google.com/toolkit?hl=en This service is the bomb! You can upload any file with text in it and it will translate it for you. For us, uploading the strings.xml file makes for easy translating to a different language. You can also save it online for collaboration if Google can't do all the translation. Very cool tool!
