Can't find Andorid project tool on toolbar in Eclipse

I installed the necessary components in Android SDK as stated in the instructions on my android source code file but still cant find it and without it I cant start developing my apps. Am I doing something wrong??

Hi @MickJT, Welcome to buzztouch! In addition to the Android SDK, you also need the Eclipse ADT Plugin. That provides the Android Development Tools. Check out this start-to-finish, illustrated, step-by-step guide to Android and buzztouch.
