Say exactly what you mentioned in this thread. You'd like a script for android written out for the mailchimp service. If they have the talent and nous you could always invite them along to the BT party and have them look around they'll understand but remember talented as they may be you have the head start when it comes to the BT eco system. If this is a one time thing for a project and code you are not going to share it need not be a plugin per se. As @PikPocket said you could just get them to write the code outside of BT and drop it into eclipse. Maybe if you dangle some carrots in front of them it will make them a touch more keen. Explain that it could be a lucrative place for them to share their wares as it were. Keep us posted.
