Testing Problems

Hello, I'm new to app development and new to Buzztouch. So far my biggest challenge has been testing apps in the AVD. Every time I change my app and redownload the code, one of three things happen. 1. It works 2. It asks me if I'd like to refresh because my content has changed and then I receive "There was a problem loading the app's configuration data. See the LogCat(console) output in Eclipse. 3. It will load my last working configuration, not the changes. All of this appears to be random as I clean and delete the project in Eclispe, delete and make a new AVD, delete all previous downloads and everything in my Eclipse file. If anyone knows why this is happening your help will be greatly appreciated.

Well even i have faced this sort of error. When you refresh the app it sometimes crashes abruptly. But launching the app again solves the problem. More interestingly if you try to find error on the log cat, you will find nothing in there about the reason which causes the crash. Before running your app for test i would recommend that you copy all the config data from your Buzztouch control panel and paste the same in the BT_Config file which is in the assets folder of your project in eclipse. Copying the config data from controlpanel will keep the contents of the app up to date and so you will not be prompted to refresh your app.

After making changes to my app I noticed my config data doesn't change right away. Now I wait awhile before I download the code and it works fine. Thanks for your help

Nice to know the issue is now resolved. All the best for publishing your app.
