Good to see "Sports Central by David Shanko" as the app of the week! I know he worked super hard on that, and overcame a lot of obstacles to get it approved! Great app for sports lovers! No problem speeding up my drive to work...that would be a welcome thing! Mark

perfect. thanks! the show notes look interesting. Short? I'll save this for the train ride than and listen to some old Metallica on the slow bus ride. Creeping Death. very happy to see the IB being used by David. it's a CORE function of XCode and used by lots of developers. love or hate it, it's just nice to have the option. Sports Central - That used to be my old nightly WGN Chicago Radio show. That App looks really nice!

Well, 40 minutes actually. I thought it was shorter when I recorded it, but I must have rambled on a bit more than I thought :) Good choice for supplemental music BTW. I learned how to play guitar by listening to them.

Dang. I always remember something the day later (just like the perfect comeback to an insult). I forgot to mention another reason I use dual monitors when developing. For anyone who uses xCode, and drags a bunch of stuff in for your project (images, docs, etc). I always hated having to bring up xCode, then bring up Finder, and hope that my 20 Finder windows weren't covering the area of xCode i needed to drag into. And I know its possible to drag from finder to the Dock and have it open xCode on top of the finder windows, but thats annoying too when you have 4 or 5 projects open. So what I do now is keep xCode opened up on my main screen, and keep my finder windows open on my second monitor. Then you can drag from one to the other without shifting focus from one pane to another. Hope that makes sense.
