Is there a way to auto-refresh?

I have a "news" menu tab rss deal, I post all of the news stories each morning. I do have a refresh button and I thought people would be smart enough to hit the refresh button to load the new stories for the day, but I receive messages from people saying that the news stories need to get updated. Obviously they arent hitting the refresh button. I know I could put a message somewhere saying to hit the refresh button, but is there a way to have the feed auto refresh?

I just check at my app and I guess I am not using an RSS pluggin for the feed I am actually using a "custome url webpage" pluggin. Any ideas how to auto refresh one of these?

do the same just edit the custom url plugin .m file it should autorefresh. check this post: http://www.buzztouch.com/forum/thread.php?tid=35C9CCA460F85572608CF3B&sortColumn=FT.id&sortUpDown=DESC&currentPage=8 the title says for 1.5 but it works for 2.0 as well.
