Morning all am preparing my droid apps for iPhone and iPad and am having some challenges with xcode. When i compile the buxxtounch file, the app seems to run fine in the simulator (both ipad and iphone) but the screens are all black. The information is there...i can put the cursor where i know the menu items are and click to the next screen etc. What causes the screen to "go black"? It is consistent on every page except the splash. Thanks in advance Al :-)

well, let me rephrase that... the "text" lives at buzztouch, i did not use doc files or pdfs for this app (it would have made it huge), but not even the menus show...even though i can click on them it is as if the text, lines, icons and the background are all set to the color black...

Welcome to iOS, lol. You can try deleting the app from the simulator, and doing a "clean" on the target. Then try building again. May just be a fluke. Or maybe the LED backlight on your simulator is burnt out - did you get it on craigslist? (ok, that last part was a joke, brought about by too many pumpkin spice Hershey kisses this morning, my apologies)

I get that when i dont copy the plugins into Xcode. if you've done that... a more advance user will help you out for sure. Cheers. Miguel

Try closing and restarting machine.

turns out to be an issue with trying to use the same build files for droid as i used for ios. it appears that we must do two builds, one for ios and one for droid....
