Allowed IP adress : is it suppose to be emty

Hey, Um tryin to download my source code by a hosted server and it refuses to go further than "packin ..." so it's probably an API key problem , um unable to validate my key althou i checked a 100 times tht i enterd the ryt info (key and secret), i even re-installed my cpanel from the start(new database and everything)... when i checked the data base i found tht the table api containts the information tht i entered correctly only tht the IP ALLOWED is emty .. not NULL just emty so um wondering if tht's the reason any one knows?

There are countless reasons this could be happening. The idea is simple...your self hosted panel needs to contact the buzztouch API when you package apps. If it can't do this, it wont' work. Have you tried to use the Admin > Settings screen to validate your API key? Have you done any debugging to figure out where the PHP is ending execution? This can get tricky and running server side packages is not for non-administrators. It sounds like you're very capable. This is good. It's going to be a matter of figuring out why your machine can't contact our machines :-)

Hi again, I just sent you an email with more information. Lets move this discussion to email until we figure out a good plan :-) Sounds like .PHP is failing to execute.
