Bulk image converter

Found a useful tool that may help some people: http://bulkimageconverter.com/ You can upload a zipped folder of images (even of different image types), choose the output format (png, gif, jpg), change the sizes and add a watermark. I find it very useful for creating screenshots for Android marketplaces. A screenshot off my phone is way too big to add to any marketplace, so add the screenshots to a folder, upload it, set the size to 320x480 or whatever and within a few minutes I have folders of screenshots for multiple marketplaces. **Android users - I don't know if this is common knowledge or not??? On newer devices (On HTC anyway..) You can take a screenshot by pressing the power button and home button at the same time. Set images to post to dropbox, have dropbox opened on pc and get the screenshots onto your desktop in seconds. I found this by accident as I never read phone instructions, but that and the bulk image converter have saved me hours and hours of waiting for the emulator to open the app, capturing the screen then editing each screenshot multiple times in an image editor to get all the screenshot sizes and file types.

Thank you raveyd for the link. It surely will help in converting the files. I use an app named screenshotit on my android device for capturing the screenshots. So never knew the new feature of taking screenshots just by pressing the home button and power button. Thanks for the trick, i will surely try it on my device.

That rocks! I often have to resize multiple images to the same size, and this will help tremendously. I love it when a tool does things simply like that. Thanks for the link! Mark

Thanks @Sandeep, hope you find it useful. @Mark, for me it's an AMAZING time saver. I'd often spend half a day getting the pigging emulator to work and get all the screenshots done of a single app for multiple marketplaces, now it's about 15 minutes using the phone/converter combo.
